Rental of permanent housing, tourist rentals and rental of premises
In Aitana Legal Consultants we advise you on urban real estate leasing contracts, taxation and the collection/payment of rents and negotiation of conditions; in particular, we deal with the drafting of rental contracts for housing and commercial premises, the deposit of the deposit, monitoring and management of the payment of rents, termination of contracts, reporting promptly from the perspective of the applicable regulations in each of the types of leases. Regarding tourist rentals, we take care of obtaining tourist housing licenses and their registration in the Autonomous Registry of Tourist Housing.

In Aitana Consultores Legales we have since 2018 with the annual certification in the LCCI (Law regulating real estate loans) which allows us to provide the service of assistance to mortgage loan firms to administrative agencies and mortgage centers nationwide.
